Are you looking to get involved with the Beer Dabbler?

We have many opportunities for food vendors, breweries and for advertisers wanting to be part of the Beer Dabbler Winter Carnival 2012. Below are the people to talk to, so you’ll be all set up come January 28th.

TICKETS & PROMOTION

$30 in advance or $40 at the gate – includes a complementary tasting glass, unlimited samplings, and access to all the entertainment and activities. Tickets are sold at select retailers and online at www.beerdabbler.com. A presale event will be held to kick-off ticket sales. All attendees must be 21 or older.

Media partners include MPR/89.3 The Current and The Onion News Media. Promotion includes advertisements, posters, web page, social media and targeted marketing to past Beer Dabbler attendees and mailing list. The Beer Dabbler Festival will also be promoted through the Saint Paul Winter Carnival’s website, event calendars and public relations.

NON-PROFIT PARTNERS:

A portion of all proceeds supports the St. Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation and Rock the Cause.

Home Brew Contest

The Beer Dabbler Homebrew Contest is an AHA/BJCP certified competition and is open to any attendee of the event. Prizes will be awarded in each of the BJCP beer style categories, as well as a special category for first-time entrants.

Includes:
• Title sponsorship of HomeBrew Contest
• Include your message in all information sent to contestants
• Offer a premium to each contestant at the event
• Banner on HomeBrew Contest

Sampling Glass Insert

Reach thousands of patrons by inserting your message into each of the Beer Dabbler sampling glasses. Your information/bounceback offer will be inserted into each Beer Dabbler Sampling glass that attendees receive as they enter the festival.

Online Tickets

Reach Dabblers with your message on all tickets purchased online (60-75% of tickets). Tickets purchased online are printed out and scanned at the event – then kept by attendees, so it’s a great opportunity to include your message or special offer on each ticket.

JumboTron Advertising

Share your message with the festival’s 4,000+ attendees on the Jumbotron, featuring a live festival video feed. Your advertisement will rotate throughout the day.

30 Second Commercial
Includes the airing of your 30 second commercial on rotation throughout the event and 2 tickets to the festival.

• Video provided as DVD, QuickTime (.mov 720 x 480 standard def) or JPEG images that can be brought into video.
• Production by a 3rd party is available

Advertising Slide
Slides will be rotated throughout the event, each slide is up for approximately 4 seconds at a time.

• 1 slide + 1 ticket
• 2 slides + 2 tickets
• 3 slides + 3 tickets
• Use font size 32 or larger – keep information minimal on each slide. Bold is
best. Use non-serif type fonts and pictures are encouraged!

Non-Beer Vendor Booth Space

A limited number of booth spaces are available for non-beer vendors. This is your opportunity to interact one-on-one with Beer Dabblers during the event.

Includes:
• 10′x10′ space to set up your booth
• 8′ table
• 2 event tickets

Onsite Banners

Display your banner in premier location along 50′ sections of fence around the festival perimeter. Includes logo on website and 2 tickets to the event.
